Dear partners,

The third auction from the GRP will be held on 23 December 2019 under the conditions of item 8.4 of the GRP Agreement approved by the EWRC, where quantities are meant for customers within and/or outside of the country and there is no minimum quantity requirement.

The participants who have sent an Agreement for participation will be admitted to the third auction, without having to present any additional documents. In addition, we would like to remind you that the signed Agreement for participation is valid for the auction period in December 2019 or until completion of the last auction. 

Registration for new participants for the third auction on 23 December 2019 will continue until 18 December 2019. In relation to this please fill in the Registration Form, which you can download from the Products and Services, GRP Segment section. The registration form and its accompanying documents must be sent to the following email address: admin@balkangashub.bg with copy to simona.barakova@balkangashub.bg.

The original filled in and signed Registration Form along with the accompanying documents must be sent to the Registry office of Balkan Gas Hub EAD in a sealed envelope marked "Registration form for GRP" no later than 20 December 2019 to the following address:

After successful registration, Balkan Gas Hub EAD will be expecting to receive from the successful candidates also by 20 December 2019 the signed Agreement for participation, which you can download from the Products and Services, GRP Segment section, where it is not necessary to fill in Annex 2 – Declaration.
