In accordance with the provision of Art. 175, para. 3 of the Energy Act, which stipulates that operators of an organized natural gas exchange must enter into agreements with an entity providing clearing services, Balkan Gas Hub EAD has signed an agreement with KELER CCP, under which the clearing house provides clearing and settlement services for the needs of the Balkan Gas Hub market.
