We are pleased to inform you that as of 18.10.2021 the product range of "Balkan Gas Hub" EAD expands with a new product - Balance of month, or BGH BOM for short.

BOM is a product for the remainder of each gas month, with trading commencing on the first day of the month. The delivery of the product is within the following days after the day of concluding the transaction (from gas day D + 1), until the last calendar day of the month inclusive. The delivery periods for this product cannot coincide with the delivery period of another active BGH products such as gas month, week or weekend.

The trading hours of the product are in the range 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.

The BOM product is standard for EU gas exchanges and we expect it to play a significant role both in increasing market liquidity and in providing additional opportunities for BGH market members to supplement and optimize their gas portfolio.
