In continuation of the news published by Balkan Gas Hub EAD on 29 November 2019, we would like to thank you for the statements provided on the draft Agreement for participation on the GRP segment of the Balkan Gas Hub Trading Platform.

After consideration of all reasoned opinions, we are publishing the final version of the Agreement. In order to ensure participation in the 2020 GRP auctions, the original document with the Company’s business information filled in and signed in two copies must be sent by the registered participants by 6 December 2019 to the Balkan Gas Hub EAD Registry Office at the following address:

In addition, a signed and scanned copy of the Agreement with the Company’s business information filled in must be sent as soon as possible to the following email address: admin@balkangashub.bg with a copy to simona.barakova@balkangashub.bg

With regard to the expressed opinions about the possibility for future amendment of the exit points described in Annex 2 to the Agreement for participation, we would like to inform you that Balkan Gas Hub EAD is ready to accept such amendments by signing an Addendum to the Agreement as long as these amendments do not contradict Art. 176a, para. 3 of the Energy Act.

We would like to remind you that on 5 and 6 December 2019 between 10:00 and 16:00 EET the participants that have submitted registration documents will be able to take part in two test auctions for the GRP via the Trayport Joule program.
